CLIMATE Attica's region’s climate is famous over the world: hot and dry summers give way to surprisingly cold winters with very little rain overall. Mild and cool winters and cool summers. Grapes ripen well without difficulties.
SOIL Clay soil chalky substratum covered by a layer of stony clay allowing for drainage and soil heating.
METHOD OF PRODUCTION White vinification at stabilized temperature, preparation in tanks, stabilization and analysis, bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS White light color, high clarity, shiny look, nobble bouquet of aromas, balanced taste with elements of spring fruits, full bodied slightly oily, with balanced aftertaste.
ACCOMPANIES Grilled red meat, finger food, pasta with red sauces, cold plates.
SERVED Slightly chilled (12 °C).
