METHOD OF PRODUCTION White method of vinification, grapes are gathered in exact date of their mature and transported to winery in large cages. Vinification takes place in large still tanks with controlled temperature. Harvest takes place at half of September.
CHARACTERISTICS Light-green color, with strong clarity and bright look, intense and surprising aromas (banana, pear), balanced taste of medium acidity and high freshness, round bodied, slightly oily, with long-lasting aftertaste of summer fruits.
ACCOMPANIES Any aperitif of cheese, sweet shellfish, fusion sweet-acid plates, white meats, fishes, pasta with white sauces.
SERVED Chilled (10-12 °C).

REGION Peloponnese, semi-mountainous vineyards in Mantinea, at the altitude of 600 meters or more.
CLIMATE Climate of the area contains a lot of rains and snow in winter, while in summer we may come up to storms and low temperatures. These elements derive in the extended mature period of grapes that is why harvest takes place usually at the end of September or early October.
SOIL Soil quite poor from clay and lime, but well drained cause of the altitude.
METHOD OF VINIFICATION Method of white vinification-grapes are harvested in their exact date of mature, transferred to winery in large cages, vinified and fermented in stabilized temperatures, stabilized, controlled analysis, bottled.
CHARACTERISTICS Even grape has a reddish skin, the wine that comes out has an intense light green color, strong clarity, with characteristic intense aromas (meant, lemon), pleasant acidity, round bodied full of freshness and long lasting aftertaste of early citrus fruits.
ACCOMPANIES Big grilled fish, seafood with garlic, salads with fruits, grilled white meats.

CLIMATE Nemea has a relatively typical Mediterranean climate, with mild winters, short springs, warm to hot summers (with several days topping 40° C/104°F), and long autumns.
SOIL Μiddle of three zones of different elevations, the so-called 'semi-mountainous' zone, at elevations of between 450 and 650 meters.
METHOD OF PRODUCTION Red vinification at medium temperature, preparation in tanks, shift in oak barrels, preparations for maturing in oak barrels.

CHARACTERISTICS Light yellow color, high clarity, shiny look, nobble bouquet of aromas, with a slight spicy taste, balanced with elements of pinus and citrus, full bodied slightly oily, with balanced aftertaste.
ACCOMPANIES Mediterranean plates with Feta cheese, seafood, cold plates, or for the boldest ones...sushi!
